The company, Block, recently donated MacBook Pros to support both undergraduate and graduate SNRE students

On November 18, 2022, SNRE awarded 29 students with Macbook Pro laptops, through a generous donation from Block. Block, located in the Bay Area, California, includes well known products such as Square and Cash App. Block is committed to increasing student economic empowerment and through this donation, the hope is that this will propel students towards successful careers in academia, research, industry, state and federal agencies, and non-profit organizations. SNRE, and its students, were incredibly lucky to receive this donation and we hope this will continue to grow in the coming years.
